Switch to Tab by Number
Press Ctrl + 1 through Ctrl + 8 to switch to the first eight tabs in order. Ctrl + 9 switches to the last tab.

When to use it
When you have multiple tabs open and want to quickly jump to a specific tab without cycling through them.
Pro tip
Works in most browsers and tabbed applications. Ctrl + 9 always goes to the last tab, regardless of how many tabs are open.
