Toggle Sticky Keys

Press Shift five times to turn Sticky Keys on or off. Sticky Keys allows you to use keyboard shortcuts by pressing one key at a time instead of simultaneously.

When to use it

Use when you need to press modifier keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt, Windows) one at a time for keyboard shortcuts, or to toggle the feature on/off quickly.

Pro tip

You can also enable or disable Sticky Keys via Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard, or by pressing the left Alt, left Shift, and Num Lock keys simultaneously.
