Select an entire row in a worksheet

Selects the entire row of the active cell in an Excel worksheet.

Shift + Space

When to use it

Use to quickly select a full row for formatting, deletion, or copying without using the mouse.

Pro tip

Press Shift+Space again to extend selection to multiple rows if already selected.
