Show properties for selected item
Open the Properties dialog for the currently selected file, folder, or shortcut.
Open shortcut menu for active window
Opens the context menu (right-click menu) for the currently active window.
Go back in a folder or browser
Navigate to the previous folder in File Explorer or previous page in a browser.
Go Forward in Folder or Browser
Navigate forward to the next folder in File Explorer or the next page in a browser.
Go up one folder level in File Explorer
Navigate to the parent folder in File Explorer.
Rename the selected item
Press F2 to rename the currently selected file, folder, or icon in File Explorer or on the desktop.
Search in File Explorer
Open File Explorer and place the cursor in the search box to quickly find files or folders.
Display the address bar list in File Explorer
Press F4 to open the address bar dropdown list in File Explorer, showing recent paths and folders.
Refresh the active window
Refreshes the current window, such as File Explorer or the desktop.
Toggle Full Screen Mode
