Open Magnifier settings
Open the Magnifier settings page in the Settings app.
Pan in the direction of the arrow keys
Use Ctrl + Alt + Arrow keys to pan the screen in the direction of the arrow key when zoomed in.
Invert Colors
Invert the colors on the screen to reduce eye strain or for accessibility.
Switch to full screen view
Toggle the active window into full screen mode, hiding the title bar and taskbar for an immersive view.
Switch to lens view
Switch Magnifier to lens view mode.
Switch to docked view
Switch the active window to a docked view (e.g., snap to side or corner).
Cycle through views
Switch between different views (e.g., in File Explorer or applications that support multiple view modes).
Resize Magnifier Lens with Mouse
While Magnifier is open, press Ctrl + Alt + R to resize the lens using the mouse. Move the mouse to adjust the lens size, then click to confirm.
Resize Magnifier Lens with Keyboard
Use Shift + Alt + Arrow keys to resize the Magnifier lens when Magnifier is in Lens mode.
Peek at Desktop in Full Screen
Temporarily view the desktop while in full-screen mode.
Toggle between set magnification level and 1x
Switch between your predefined magnification level and 1x (normal) view using Magnifier.
Take a screenshot of your game
Captures a screenshot of the active game window using the Game Bar.
Record last moments of gameplay
Captures the last 30 seconds of gameplay as a video clip using Xbox Game Bar. You can change the duration of time recorded in Windows Settings > Gaming > Captures. Note that this shortcut only works if the background recording feature is enabled. Win + G > Settings > Capturing > Record in the background while I’m playing a game.
Start or stop recording
Start or stop recording your screen using the Game Bar.
Toggle microphone recording
Start or stop microphone recording.
Open Word
Press Office Key + W to launch Microsoft Word.
Open PowerPoint
Press Office Key + P to launch Microsoft PowerPoint.
Open Excel
Press Office Key + X to launch Microsoft Excel.
Open Outlook
Press the Office key + O to launch Microsoft Outlook.
Open Microsoft Teams
Press the Office key + T to launch Microsoft Teams directly.
Open OneDrive in File Explorer
Press Office Key + D to open your OneDrive folder directly in File Explorer.
Open OneNote
Launches the OneNote application.
Open LinkedIn
Press the Office Key + L to open LinkedIn in your default web browser.
Open Yammer
Opens the Yammer app or web service.
