Open the File menu

Move one cell up
Move the active cell up by one row in the worksheet.
Move one cell right
Moves the active cell one column to the right within the current worksheet.
Move to edge of data region
Ctrl+Arrow moves the active cell to the edge of the current data region (the last non-empty cell in that direction).
Move to next nonblank cell in End mode
Press End then Arrow key to enter End mode and jump to the next nonblank cell in the same column or row. If cells are blank, moves to the last cell in the row or column. End mode turns off after the move.
